please any help about creating a dropdown box for the profile were it can be linked to each other for example in dropdown A choose the country, while in dropdown B, choose the city linked to the country choosed in A.

Unfortunately, default software does not have such functionality. As far as I understood, you want a dropdown menus work like that:
when a user chooses certain country, the options in the other menus changes accordingly.
In the meantime this is considered as a custom code modification. You can make a suggestion on uservoice: https://oxwall.uservoice.com/forums/13756-ideas-for-oxwall if it gest many voices, we'll consider implementing it. For now you will need to do that on your own or hire a programmer to do that for you. You can do that here:http://www.oxwall.org/market/specialists
