well I will say this mulder to reproduce the problem should be as simple as having one user be friends with about 20 people on a site and having those 20 people online at once this should cause the issue mine actually happened at only 14 but it does not effect admins only regular users

Yes, I've submitted a ticket to developers already. Will fix it in the next build.
