On SkaDate they have a Match plugin - anyone who has something like that on Oxwall?
It could be used for people that shares same interests... running, biking etc.

I know this post is quite old, but I am surprised no-one has answered! I have the same question, does anyone know of, or is anyone thinking of developing a Matchmaking plugin, or has SkaDate got such a hold on Oxwall they won't allow it?

That's a story that I've heard a few times on here. Oxwall was a Skalfa product that was donated to the Oxwall foundation for development, and with that donation came stipulations. Skalfa moved another direction with developing Skadate which would use the Oxwall core. I know that many times, when the Oxwall team was present on the forums, that they could not offer support to Skadate users. That was one of the stipulations, and I would be fairly certain that Oxwall couldn't offer dating components, or plugins. Yes Skalfa still has a lot of control over what updates are implemented into Oxwall. One look at the Github project will tell you that since many mention that they are related to the Skalfa workflow, so Oxwall can't tread on the dating side in order to honor the stipulations set by Skalfa, and I have also seen on the net that the Oxwall team were all employed by Skalfa, and just branched off to this project to move it forward as a free community software while strictly working with Skalfa's Skadate team.
