Please tell me.
I want to migrate a site with paid plug-ins installed on another hosting (domain will stay the same).
How to on the site itself and what to change in the config I know.
What do I do with plugins? We need to update the ip to which they are bound (on a different hosting is another ip)? Why the plugin is attached to the ip and not the domain?

yes, you will need to reset IP for each obtained plugin.
there's no any specific reason why the plugin is attached to ip and not a domain name.

This is not automatic, you need to do that manually for each plugin in "My purchases" section.
