Is any way that admin or moderator only could post articles? Not all users?
And is any chance we could make it main page? (landing one)
Got as well problem it's not displayed on mobile version ? Any chance to fix this?

yoursite.com/admin/users/roles
Go there and change permissions for the roles that can submit articles. To make the articles section your home page, you can go to yoursite.com/admin/pages and drag the Articles menu button to the far left, in the first position.
Unsure about mobile, I use a responsive theme for both desktop and mobile. Hopefully the developer is willing to answer sometime.

Is it possible to do so that Only admin can post articles in a certain category?
and then regular members can post articles in other categories....
and then regular members can post articles in other categories....
