Are those php or javascript scripts?

In this case you need to integrate them in the software as plugins only, this is a plugin developement 

You cannot just put php script in the separate folder in ow_plugins and make it work, you need to use certain methods, change current script in order to make it work with Oxwall. 

Rob, you can just create a folder with this script or insert the code in the template, you need to write the plugin and adapt the script for Oxwall structure, code, methods we have in the software.
