You do not use Simplicity, as simplicity is white or you customized the theme?

I believe that image was replaced in the files of the themes and replaced the photo of "No avatar"

yes i customize the theme

and photo no avatar it is bu default in admin look: i think is a spam or virus ??!!!d'administration
