Which CSS code can I use to hide all the "add new video" and "add new blog post" buttons? I want to be the only one to be able to add videos and blog posts, so I want to hide those buttons.

If you hide it via css, you, as an admin won't see them as well.
You need to create a separate role for the users of the website where they can't add videos and blogs and you can.
