I can't seem to find where to enable admin email notifications for new registrations on my OxWall community page.

Is this not a feature?

There's no such feature in the default software.

Does OxWall not send notifications for posts I'm subscribed to either?

Yes, when someone replies in these forum topics, then you'll get a notification. Don't you?
