I am updating my deactivate all plugin with all the special deactivate instructions of the primary and secondary plugins.   If you want your plugin to be included in the mix just send me your deactivate file special instructions (if you have any thing extra in your plugin deactivate file) and let me know the db key name of your plugin and i will add it for you to my plugin.   Otherwise your plugin will more than likely be deactivated without those special instructions for those that use my plugin. 

ps... if you change those instructions in the future you need to update me please so i can update my plugin.  Otherwise if my plugin fails because i have inaccurate information i will be forced to comment out your plugin special instructions until i get the updated info.
