I purchased this plugin and added it (by unzipping the file at first into a directory on my hard drive. It then created a sub-directory called "adminnotify" with all files in it and its subsequent other directories. I assumed this was to be put off of ow_plugins so I moved the whole adminnotify directory there.)
   I saw it in Available Plugins and clicked on install. It said it was installed correctly. I then went to Installed Plugins and saw it there but it didn't have a Settings link. So there was no panel to fill out like in the photo on the store page. I tried clicked on Deactivate just to try again, but then it VANISHED. Not in Available Plugins any more and no way to get it back into Installed Plugins! Physically in the directory but inaccessible! Great. What do I do? I'll try reloading it again but I'm having my doubts.
