But since switching to this theme, I now get a horizonal scroll bar at the bottom of the browser, which shouldn't be there.
Any ideas what would cause that to show up?

Any advice you can offer? Or is this theme support forum pointless? Seems you always answer support questions with "Hello, is this issue appear an our demo website too?"
Must be your stock answer in lieu of actually being helpful to your customers.
