What can I do if there is no reply form developer for a long time after I purchased a plugin.

I am not intent on getting refund. But what can I do? I have paid, but no any service. I cannot ask someone else to help me.

I can get nice reply and service from oxwall and some free plugin developers. I did not pay them.
