Updated to 1.8.3, now plugins will not update. | Forum

I updated my core to 1.8.3 and now the plugins that I have installed will not update. Every time I try to update a plugin it says that my site is unable to process the request. Can anyone help me? P.s, I'm new to this...

Ive also changed my php to 5.5 by the way. Site is working. Just cannot update plugins, themes or install them.

PROBLEM SOLVED: In cpanal where you change your php to the 5.5 version to be compatible with the platform 1.8.3 you will need to check the box that says "zip".
