If we have a speedating event in a specific location and have a fee for it, can we have a kink in the speedating event to make payment on paypal? RSVPs will need to pay to attend

Ok,
No there is no option to pay with PayPal to attend directly. But you can wrap this option to the user role and offer users to upgrade. Or you can use User Credits for example users can purchase credits with PayPal to use Speed Dating.
It is common behaviour in Oxwall / Skadate.
And just for information, at this moment there is no option to choose location while adding new event.
Time is the one criteria right now.
