i can't use more paypal for buy plugin bcz in Turkey dint give lisance for paypal. So we can't more add moneys in our account.

As of now paypal is the only option Oxwall has. You can try to work out some arrangement with the developer but it is up to them if they accept those arrangements or not.

Onur, do you have family members or friends out of Turkey with paypal account? Maybe you can use their account to pay.

i hava a friend from iceland. maybe he will put somemoneys for my acconts. i hope. paypay will be not close acconts from Turkey.
