I need to do some research on my site regarding some account suspension emails that were sent, but they are not located in the sent folder of the email address that is set as default for Oxwall.

Where does it store the sent copies, if at all?

Regards!

As far as i know, oxwall does not store the sent copies, once they leave the mail table thats it they are gone.

The only way you can find out when and where it was sent is to look in your root WHM if you use cpanel and go to the mail logs. Everything sent by your domain is recorded there, you can see what was sent and when and where.

The sad thing is, that does not even guarentee that the user received them, it just means they traveled from your server to the mail client.

Once that happens it is out of your hands, if the mail client loses them or they get lost, its not your fault and you have no control over that.

This is all assuming you have your own server, if your on a shared server, basically unless you an get your host to do some searching for you, your screwed..
