I am curious if this plug-in might offer both or just direct install. I read that it installs but I also noticed bootstrap offers a CDN version of the framework. If it is not already an option it might help the free or shared servers as often those users have terrible upload speeds if any at all. Though bootstrap is so common these days that half the time all of us already have it cached when we visit a website.
