I bought the comments editor a about 2 weeks ago and I decided to test it out and I have found that it will edit the comments just fine but when you edit posts it leaves the php code for line break " <br />" in between sentences.

This would be a question for the developer, but look for either the <br /> in the html file or the php file assiciated with it, or look for the php nl2br command in the php file.
