Here is a screen what i mean ... this video was insert by xhamster.com it´s running but have no Thumnails, same as by Youtube.

please cover up any nudity in your pictures before you post them, also warn people about NSFW in case someone is at work. 

The embed for xhamster does not always do thumbs from my experience unless they have changed things since i last tested them for a customer.  Also many external sources will eventually block the video from being displayed, so watch your embed videos from those sites closely, they may not be available within a few weeks. 

Also did you add the url to the accepted resources list in admin - content settings.

If you do not have ffmpeg then you can still do html5 mp4, webm, ogg, ogv uploads via php.

the thumbnail does not appear for xhamster.com because it has gif thumbnail, our software does not support gif format at the moment. 

besides our software support only several popular video resources like youtube. 

To make xhamster thumbnail appear, please make a suggestion on uservoice for us to consider adding it in the nearest future. 

As to the youtube - I just tested it on your website and it grabs thumbnail like it should. See screenshot.

yes youtube works good, i had only problems with other hosters. I deleted my screen, sry forgott it.

Is there a more easy way that i can insert videos by Adult provides with Preview Image or has someone a module that i can insert own thumbnails or Preview images?

Are you talking about embedding video or uploading video to the site?

No i dont know of one, usually those adult sites have their own thumbnail attached to the embed.  

I saw your Module but its only for members who want to upload privat Videos from Pc and than i have a space Problem on my server later or?!  is it easy to use for members? Works it with Videos for groups and the Credit system together?

Yeah its for personal videos.  Its not set up for credits or for groups yet. But it is easy to use for members. 

Im not sure of a way you can do that with the thumb for embeds.
