I have set to enable mobile version. Of course, I have edited css and change all font-family to Ubuntu.
However, it works in PC but not in ipad and iphone

It could be possible that there are font-families defined for mobile devices within media queries, but I don't use the Oxwall mobile version. I do know that it is a separate css file. in the theme folder.

Timmysweb, have you made the changes in the base.css in mobile folder or in the base.css of tht theme?
