Hi Dave

Well, i saw in my Admin panel that somehow my licence keys for plugins i bought were missing so i tried to put them in again and then i got the error, then i tried resetting them in "My Purchases" list and still i get the error.

Since well i changed hosts last week i :

1) Disabled Cloudfare (So i use my Hosts DNS)
2) Now use external DNS because my domain is still with the current hosting not the new one as cloudfare if giving me issues.

Funny thing is i can access my main page but if i go to any page i get this error : Not Found

i bet you have one of the system plugins disabled for some reason. Go to your plugins table and ill tell you which system plugins should be enabled.

in ow_base_plugin you should see

base OW plugin and Admin panel

they both should be 1 under isSystem and 1 under isActive

somehow i bet those got changed, nothing should ever change those and if they are changed then you are using something that is changing them maybe..   Those are off limites unless a team member tells you to do something with them..

Just be sure they are both 1 and 1

Hi Dave,

Just used DNS Checker :

1) A = All is ticked green
2) AAAA = All is ticked red
3) CNAME = Only Canada and my country (South Africa) ticked green others is Red
4) NS = Only Canada and my country (South Africa) ticked green ( Cloudfare Settings if though it is off) others is Red

The A is good enough, sometimes you may not have some of the other records yet.

So what is your url and let me check it from here

I see your using cafe press as well, you know that is the only venture i have ever gotten into that has paid for itself every single month from day one and that was like 7 years ago i think.  I have never had to pay a monthly fee out of my pocket.

And i hope im not shocking you about the data and how much info is available on your site, thats just the tip of the iceburg, theres all kinds of data out there on every site... it would amaze you.

Hi Dave,

It is fixed, my host said :

Hi Alan,

Thanks for your effort along this case.

We've re-enabled your .htaccess file from your public_html (we've found it renamed to .htaccess.old) and the site seems to work just fine now, including its links / sections.

This was NOT a server side issue, but an issue with your site's internal mechanics which are fully under your control.

If you have additional questions, comments or concerns - we are always around.

Thanks,
