Did this happen when you were installing a plugin or installing oxwall?

Also how you installing, manual or autoinstall, and please check that your host meets these specs on the right side of this page..

ok so you got that far in the insall... thats important to know..

check you db for the table ow_base_config and see if it exists.

i read that wrong yeah just check to see if the base config table exists.
