after the new update, profile pictures no longer get sent to be moderated? and yes its clicked.

Have you updated the photo plugin? Does this happen with the profile pictures only? Does this problem happens when a user joins or when they changes their existing image?
Finally, please make sure that the user who uploaded image is not a moderator.
