Not displayed even edit profile, in the previous platform there was this problem, i checked the settings and it is alright

A user can't change his account type while editing his/her profile, only admin can.
An account type appears to be filled out on joining, only if you have several account types. Do you have more than one?

I nor I have more than one. I saw that only Admin can edit it after recording. I did a test by changing the theme the problem is! I contacted the developer because it has not set the graphics in the Subscribe section choosing the type of account

Yes, because with the theme Oxwall works. It seems strange that a theme for Oxwall platform the developer does not create proper graphics
