I have installed and customized Oxwall S/w in my localhost folder and it is working as i desired. Can I host it as it is to the webserver i.e. by passing installation and customization process. In this case how can i upload the database also.

It should work fine.
After uploading all the files and databases imported, you should change the site address in config.php from localhost to actual site address.
This is the only thing that I could think of.

After changing the site address i have tried to access it, but it works without CSS.
What is the problem with it.
