Hello everyone, my website done with Oxwall you can not retrieve your password. If I try to retrieve it does not send the email to recovery.
Can someone help me?

Forgot password is sent directly to your mail server without using ow_base_mail table if you don't use SMTP
That means that something is wrong with your mail server, you will need to contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue.

While you figure out what is wrong with your mail server if you must have the password set right away just do this if you dont have a plugin to change the pw.
create a test account, and go into your database table in ow_base_user and copy the password from your test account to the account you need to change the password for.
Then you or the member for that account can log in and change the password to their account since you know what it is now, because it should be the same as your test account.
