Make sure you have php_openssl module installed and enabled on your server, then try again.

Hello ross: this is the response of the technical service of my server: The module in question is enabled by default on all our servers. Let us know the exact issue which you are experiencing, so we can check that further.
the php_openssl module is functioning properly. is a problem in Oxwall, Greetings

Juan, tech service may be mistaken, please can you check yourself via phpinfo whether the module is enabled.
