WAnt to know what is the "change prefrences" in the permission tab in userroles for the video plugin
What does the change prefrences basically do ?

I have four memberships : Free Bronze silver paid
For Free bronze silver it works on the per minute basis from the user credits.
I want the paid membership to use unlimited video call ( no timed user credits ) how to enable that.
Should not use per minute user credits for paid memberships .

The 'Change Preference' action is designed for allowing users to decline incoming video calls via 'My Preferences' page: https://demo.oxwall.com/profile/preference
As for the cost per - this action works regardless of the roles setting. It requires the code modifications to make this work the way you've described.
