I pay for Social Publisher, but when I download this file it´s not completed and I can´t use.

You must submit an a ticket, otherwise you will hear hardly from them.

Do not buy their products. They cost a lot, poor service and have many faults with most of their plugins. Have wasted a lot of money on them I also.

This plugin seems to even nicer than the one I shared with you just recently.
But it seems there is no support.
Is it a good plugin?
