True Chris, just find a responsive theme. :)

If you have a good understanding of css, and media queries, you can use inspect element to find the target classes to add to the media queries with your adjustments. Converting a non-mobile friendly theme to be mobile friendly can be very frustrating, and time consuming work, but if you have the patience, and skill, you can do it. The only things is that you will find that some parts are very hard to figure out.
This isn't anything that someone can tell you how to do. Most of us that play around with themes, or plugins have a test site separate from our live site. This will allow you to try things without breaking your live site.

You're welcome to use any of my themes as reference.

Yep, as above, disable the "mobile version" and use a responsive theme.

You will just have to try to see if you can integrate it with the Oxwall classes.
