OK sorry for the long delay lets see if we can get you going here.
First we have to cover some basics. Does your server meet all the requirements on the RIGHT SIDE of this page https://developers.oxwall.com/hosting
You can check those manually or you can use this free checker i wrote.

Let me know if the server meets all those specs and then we can go from there. That way we can have a good solid ground to build on in troubleshooting this.
