when I pulse customize Main page button, the result is page not found.

Does this also happen on the default theme? If so, there may be some script conflict. If it does work on the default theme, the first thing I would check is to see if the theme has the dndindex html file in the master pages folder on the server. The customize page pulls from this file. If it isn't there, you will need to contact the theme developer.
