This is actually a platform function. I have tried a few scripts to set them to checked, but the issue is that this option isn't loaded with the page. It would have to be found in the core files, or possibly a js file. I know the line is "input-type="checkbox" name="wrap_in_box". This is more in line with a custom code modification since it would apparently involve changing core files for this to be achieved.
