Have tried posting questions an PM to developer. No answers... Hoping someone else has found the solutions.

I am running v1.84 and with the following issues the plugin is not usable:

ISSUE 1: Selecting the Buy Now button processes at PayPal as Pay Upon Delivery a 14 day delay.

ISSUE 2: Wrong description value passed to PayPal

ISSUE 3: Membership does not expire based upon plugin settings values.

I tested by signing up on my site for a membership on Jan 12th that should expire in 2 days. I checked today Jan 16th four days later, and still shows the role in my user profile, and on my premium Account status page.
