How would I change the user Icon size in the main page? The one with the online and latest column

The icon is covering the role label when you click on the members page (/users) *I fixed this)
and the right side is when you click on a profile page with a role label it will cover up the chat now icon

When commenting on a status the bar is in the middle of the avatar.
