i want remove default user account type.
İ just wantto put suspended account tyle for potansiel frauder or spammer.

Account types, and roles are two different things. What you are talking about here are roles.
To move everyone to a specific role you have to do that one at a time. I don't know of a plugin to mass move members.
I don't use it myself, but I think the "Paid Membership" plugin assigns an additional role above the default role, and will remove that additional role, if the membership expires, but I am thinking that it may still depend on the default role still being active. If I am understanding you right you want to make your default members into gold members?
What you do is left click on the default role and drag it down.
Then rename the role from default to gold. all members are now gold members
Drag your existing gold membership to the top and rename it default.
Whatever role is at the top should automaticly become your default role.
Remember to check your user role permisions to make sure your members have the permisions you want them to have.
