I can upload GIFs in almost all comment areas but if I add one using photo upload it does not work.

Is there a way to fix this?

i am sorry, i don't understand the problem.... can you describe more in details? would you please add some screenshots if any possibility.

Users cannot upload gifs in the photo albums. Just in comments and such.

the user can not upload gifs. you need to upload gif in the plugin setting page.

Right... that is my complaint. Oxtail photos need gif support

ok, many be i refund the money? if i allow user to upload gif will break my concept.

I don't need a refund. I still like the plugin. I just want gifs to work with the photo upload plugin

but can you describe more about in details? i don't really understand your question... maybe tell me your website and a demo account so i can check it? and screenshots?

Content market its not showing animore? You can onely add gif manualy.
