Is there any way to allow photos and video, but limit the size of photos and restrict video to external urls? Or at least add a note that pops up when anyone is preparing to upload something requesting they keep it under a certain size?

I see the unilateral config box bans all photo video uploads. There really need to be some other options to allow photos but not max out a host server. Even a plugin for automatically downconverting image submissions would be helpful.

Any suggestions?
