I have this question:

It is posible to automatic upgrade a user role to another role if the user respond to a suplimentary set of question's? 

For example:

At registration user get free role and have to respond to 3 question and receive limted permision.

If user wan more permisions must answer to a supplimentary 2-3 question's (his phonoe number, and his real name) and if complete that fields automatic will upgrade receive a different role with different permisions.

How can we do this?
