Hi, i am trying to understand why i have only two lines in my plugin? I have APC & Memcached.

In the photos i see there are MySQL and MongoDB.

Do I need to install something more?

Also, currently i have installed the memcached. and seems to work.. do i need to ALSO (additionally) install APC plugin on the server and configure this also?

it's because those two lines are super super super long, scroll sideways and you'll see
