Yes, I requested for test admin access as this issue is not a common one and can't be reproduced. And you can't fix anything which can't be reproduced. This plugin is used by many in produdction without issues.
Without any useful inputs and communication, there is nothing I can do to do my job.

I use some of your other software (paid ones included) without problem - this is not a personal issue, it is a functional one. I am in need of a classifieds module, that is why I purchased this as well. If it does not work I will have to get something else.

What level of access do you need? Is Administrator on the Oxwall site adequate? I cannot give you access to the files on cpanel as well, surely you can understand that?
First step please share your site url and admin account via Private Message. You can either create a temp admin user or use a temporary password for your admin account.
Please share your screenshot of the category order problem that you referred.
