I might be missing something here but it is possible to allow user to select 'everyone or friends only' on an individual newsfeed posting? Something like a dropdown option where the delete link is but show privacy as well.

Or perhaps, there's a paid plugin for this?

I want users the choice of either showing an individual newsfeeds thy have just posted to everyone or friends only.
