No, the widget is only for index page.
I can add this widget for dashboard, but I don't see any reason why site member would like to add it there. Because Dashboard is the page with content related to a specific member.

but i have a bug with my theme from ow visual.

i add 3 pictures, i think you understood me better so.

z-index of the carousel items varies between 2 and 100, it required for 3D effect. So to fix the issue you need increase z-index of the overlapped elements. It should be more than 100.

But want much more members in the carousel. Something like 500. Is this possible ?

I have bought the user carousel plugin and work fine. However I have few comment that I hope you might consider.

1. How can we edit the speed of the rotation?
2. How can we change the display "username" to "real name"?
3. How can we remove the "gender" and "age" upon displaying?
4. If we set the size to large the names are overlapping how to fix this?
5. If the size is small the user name displayed is half (not complete), refer to attached pictures..
