I have two ideas for your plugin:

An option to disable the standard value in the user search. Now the standard value is the location of the current user, and it can be a little bit confusing, for the users, when they overlook that there is a value in there and the search only gives results of your current location.

The possibility for selecting more than one country in the country restriction field. Not only all countries or only one.
