This Theme depends on media Querries. You only need an actually Browser. Like Firefox > 3.6, Opera > 9, IE >= , Chrome
Just rescale the width of your Browser. Thats it :D.
On Mobile Devices it uses the perfect viewport of your device.

Have you ever tried it to upload something on another website? (On your iPhone, iPad, iPod...)
It's a general secure behavior. Apples Safari doesn't allow access to your Filesystem. Thats not my Themes fault, thats not oxwalls fault, thats Apple :D
It works on Android? Fine. So there is another security behavior as on an Apple mobile device.
I searches the same for a friend. Try this App. I have never test it or get any feedback about it. But I think it works:

Ps: The upload doesn't work on windoes Phone 7.x devices to... The same as on Apple devices.. :D
