I have added some Tags to my Theme, but they are not displyed in the sidebar

I can't see them.

Well, I guess that is because they're not popular enough. You know how tag cloud works, right? The more popular a tag is, the larger it is in a cloud. So, I believe your tags are not as popular as other tags and therefore not displayed in the tag cloud.
