After searching the forums for this plugin, I did not see any suggestion for this feature.

• Adding "Featured" to the groups main page

With that said, it would be awesome to have this included for this plugin so that if multiple groups are created, the admin can mark certain groups as "Featured" or "Sponsored" so that certain groups can be distinguished from others (this should only be allowed for admin).

Much like the "Members" main page where admin can select certain users as "Featured".

Honestly, this should be a "top" priority, or at the very least, one of the "top" priorities to include for this plugin. I'm surprised this plugin did not have this built in already.
