I have ran across an issue regarding any site that isn't youtube when posting a video.  The thumbnails on the news feed just show a broken image.

I have provided two images.  I don't mind if it doesn't show the video thumbnail but a place holder image would be nice.  It at least has a blank box on the left and on the video page.
