I am trying to install OxWall on a local server. My current sever stats are...
Apache 2.2.16 (Debian)
PHP 5.3.3-7+squeeze14
Mod_rewrite is enabled along with error logging. The only errors it is catching is 'UTIL_Url not found on line 26'.
I am also using the most current version of OxWall, 1.4.0.
Any ideas?

Yeah. I extracted the entire file directly into var/www/oxwall/.
Would the fact that I am using a sub-folder instead of installing it in the home directory have anything to do with it?
